My Father's Aunt Cordie Lee's Deviled Crabs

Aunt Cordie Lee's Deviled Crabs


1 pound lump crab meat

1 roll Ritz crackers

2 eggs

butter

salt

black pepper

red pepper

dry mustard

milk



Remove shells from crab meat. Crush crackers with hands. Add crackers

to crab meat.



Add 2 eggs and mix with hand. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper, and

dry mustard to taste.



Add milk until consistancy is moist but not runny. Grease shells with butter.



Drop seasoned crab meat lightly in shells. Add a pat of butter on each

one.



Heat in 400 degree oven until brown.
