Phillip Quinton (attorney Charles Holden), who married Ann the daughter of James Bonwell (deceased), petitioned against Roger Mikell for the estate left to Ann by her father. Ordered that Mikell deliver the estate to Quinton and pay court costs. (p. 350).  McKey, JoAnn Riley, Accomack County, Virginia Court Order Abstracts 1663-1710 Volumes 1-10, (Heritage Books Archives), "CD-ROM," Vol. IV, pg. 156, court held 18 Dec 1675.

As for Hickman:
"Hickman Bonewell attained lawful age to to receive her estate. Ordered that Roger Mikeel, her step-father, deliver up her estate; she was to give a legal discharge for it. "(p. 205).
