This day came the plantiffs by their attorney & filed their bill & the defendants, being infants, by Edward Nottingham their guardian now appointed by the court specially to defend them in this suit, filed their answer, & the cause came on consent to be heard on the said bill & answer. On consideration whereof the court doth adjudge order & decree that George Bell, Anthony Bell, Edmund Bell & Jacob Nottingham or any three of them be commissioners who, with the surveyor of the county, shall divide the lands in the bill & answer mentioned viz 400 acres more or less adjoining Saml Y Nottingham & others, into equal shares having due regard to the value thereof taken to the Plantiff Sally Nelson, John Brickhouse, George Brickhouse, Janny Ward & Margaret Turner each one of the said shares to be held by them respectively in severally & to the defendants George, Mary & Elizabeth Dunton the other remaining share to be held by them in parcinary & that they make report thereof to the Court.

note: parcinary means together, severally means seperately.
