350. Charlemagne²⁹ (Pepin³⁰)⁽¹³³⁹⁾ was born in Ingelheim, Germany, 2 Apr 742.⁽¹³⁴⁰⁾ Charlemagne died 28 Jan 813/4 in Aix-la-Chapelle, Germany, at 70 years of age. His body was interred in St. Mary's, Aix-la-Capelle.⁽¹³⁴¹⁾

He married three times. He married (d|o Desiderius) circa 760.⁽¹³⁴²⁾ D|o Desiderius was born circa 740. D|o Desiderius⁽¹³⁴³⁾ was the daughter of Desiderius. He married Hildegarde Princess of Swabia circa 771.⁽¹³⁴⁴⁾ Hildegarde was born 758.⁽¹³⁴⁵⁾ Hildegarde⁽¹³⁴⁶⁾ was the daughter of Gerold I Duke of Swabia Count of Vinzgua. Hildegarde died 30 Apr 783 at 24 years of age.⁽¹³⁴⁷⁾ He married Fastrade circa 790.⁽¹³⁴⁸⁾ Fastrade was born circa 740. He was crowned Emperor at Rome on Christmas Day, 800, by Pope Leo III.

Charlemagne King of Franks, Emperor of West and Hildegarde Princess of Swabia had the following children:

353 v. Bertha⁽¹³⁵³⁾ was born, circa 782.

354 vi. Gisla⁽¹³⁵⁴⁾ was born, circa 784.
